Margaret Garcia brings over 22+ years of industry experience in pest control, wildlife, and tree & lawn services. She began her career on the phones and went on to lead customer service and sales teams for one of the nation’s top 40 pest control companies before building GRIT Pest Process Outsourcing Inc.
Her philosophy is simple: customer service is not a department — it’s an operational system. When call flows, leadership, training, and data are aligned, teams perform with confidence. And confident teams care for their role, for your brand, and for your customers.
